Due to COVID-19 precautions, study rooms are currently unavailable. Thank you for your understanding!
Using a Study Room
The library has five study rooms/small group meeting rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. These rooms can be used for quiet study and meetings with a maximum of four (4) people. No food or drink is allowed in the study rooms. Each room is equipped with a table, four chairs, large monitor, computer, and whiteboard. The study room policies are available here.
You can sign up for a study room at the Reference Desk. You do not need to have a library card, and there is no charge to use a study room. Patrons can use a study room for up to two hours a day (if available), for a maximum of 10 hours a week.
Printing & Scanning
You can print from the computer in the study room. Black & white prints are 15 cents per page; color prints are 30 cents per page. We do not offer printing via Wi-Fi at this time.
Scanners are available to use. There is no charge for scanning. We are happy to assist you with any scanning questions.
Sound is available on the study room computers. Please keep the sound volume at a reasonable level that does not disturb other patrons. You are also welcome to bring headphones with you, or purchase earbuds at the Reference Desk for $1.00.
Saving & Storing Files
You can save your work using a flash drive or other USB storage device. You can purchase a flash drive at the Reference Desk for $7.00, or bring your own flash drive with you.
We have SD/miniSD/microSD adapters available at the Reference Desk if you wish to save to an SD-style card. We do not sell SD cards; please bring your own card if you wish to save to SD.
