Phase Two of the library renovation project begins September 3! During construction, many services for adults will be limited. The reference desk and a limited number of computer stations will be relocated temporarily to the Meeting Room. Proctoring will be temporarily unavailable during the first stage of construction. Some services may return as construction progresses. Please check back for more details.

We’re happy to help students advance their education by providing exam proctoring at no charge. Contact us at 219-873-3044 or stop by the Reference Desk to arrange for an exam to be proctored.

Exams are proctored during normal business hours, and must be scheduled in advance. Proctoring appointment times depend on the availability of library staff, so not all times are available. Please contact us at least a week in advance.

Students, please contact your professor/school to make arrangements for the exam to be sent to the library. Please let us know at the time of scheduling if proctors need to complete a form or get prior approval by your school.

Both computerized and written tests are administered within the library. While we do our best to control the volume in the library, please be aware that there will be some degree of activity and noise surrounding you.
