Imagine Your Story - Summer Reading Program

Imagine Your Story during the 2020 Summer Reading Program! Everyone who reads at least 10 hours receives their choice of a book and an entry into a raffle for fantastic prizes. Every additional 10 hours of reading earns another raffle entry.

The last day to record your hours and enter the raffle for fantastic prizes is Saturday, August 8. Click here to record your hours. We will begin notifying raffle winners the week of August 10.

Crafts and activities for Week 6 are available in Youth Services through July 25, while supplies last. After July 25, any extra crafts from all 6 weeks will be available until August 8.

Signing up is easy! Click here to download a reading log and keep track of your hours at home. There are also reading logs available in Youth Services that you may take home.

Record Your Reading Hours

Click here to record your hours and enter the raffle. You may record hours only in groups of 10. After every 10 hours of reading, you’ll receive another entry for the raffle, so make sure you select which prize you would like to try to win. You may also record your hours by emailing SRP@mclib.org or calling Youth Services at 219-873-3045. Hours may be recorded from June 15 through August 8.

Check back every week for online craft programs and suggested books to read for ages birth through 18 years! Supplies for the crafts are available at the Youth Services desk while supplies last. See available programs and reading lists here.
